What You’ll Do

As a Summer Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a heavy civil construction company. Interns will have the opportunity to rotate through different areas of the business, gaining a broad understanding of how projects come together from start to finish.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting team members with general tasks on active job sites or in support roles


• Learning basic construction processes, tools, and safety practices


• Supporting daily operations to help keep projects running smoothly


• Observing and participating in a variety of work environments and roles


• Contributing to team goals while building communication and teamwork skills

What We’re Looking For

• Current high school student having successfully completed their Junior year or a recent high school graduate having just completed their Senior year (16+ preferred)


• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn


• Positive attitude and ability to take direction


• Interest in construction, heavy equipment, or related trades


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Commitment to safety at all times
