Student - Shuttle Driver

Description

Driver for shuttle service that the Office of Student Engagement (OSE) offers to students, driving them to/from the Harrisburg Amtrak station and the Harrisburg Airport before/after major school holiday breaks (fall break, Thanksgiving break, Christmas/winter break, spring break, and Easter break).

$8.00/hour

Primary Duties

1. Driver for shuttle service to/from the Harrisburg Amtrak station and the Harrisburg Airport before/after major school holiday breaks.
2. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
3. In rare occasions, assist in off-campus driving for events sponsored by OSE.

Secondary Duties

Other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

Must be an approved driver on the Messiah University minivan or willing to become an approved driver.

Experience Preferred

Skills, Characteristics Required

Good time management, prompt, reliable. Flexible in last-minute changes as needed.

Special Working Conditions

Available around the times that most students are usually leaving campus. Schedule is based on what you sign up for. Able to lift up to 30-50 pounds (*putting suitcases in vans).

Dress Code Requirements

Casual attire (jeans and sneakers)
