Student Tech-Rad Tech-Cath Lab/PRN/ Miami Valley Hospital

1. Implements screening and safety measures in accordance with prescribed safety standards. 2. Assists technologists and nurses in procedures and in performing medical treatment during emergency situations. 3. Coordinates patient care with other areas in order to optimize patient time and satisfaction 4. Maintains knowledge of the locations and operation of all emergency equipment in the unit. 5. Follows radiation safety policies and procedures. Educational Qualifications: Attending a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program Highly motivated, goal-oriented, with strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to evaluate & prioritize department, technologist and/or nurse, & patient needs.
