This project is focused performing accelerated reliability test for high power
devices for aerospace application at high temperature, high radiation
environment. The test set-up will require building interface for in-situ
monitoring, performing characterization devices using electrical measurement
tools, and data analysis. Statistical/ ML based prediction model will be developed
based on the experimental findings and it will be correlated with the devicephysics.
This project work will be assigned to multiple researchers, a good
communication skill and teamwork is required.
Education and Experience Requirements
‒ Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies at an accredited institution.
‒ Graduated from an accredited institution within the past 3 months; or
‒ Actively enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution.
