Job Description - Summer 2026- Global Events Intern
Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you'll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning. Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program with at least one semester or quarter remaining after August 2026 Available to work full-time at our Pawtucket, RI location for the duration of the internship Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Curiosity about events, experiential promotion, messaging, or brand activations ions A positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn Comfortable working collaboratively while also taking initiative when appropriate Experience supporting events, campus programming, or student organizations Familiarity with basic project management tools, content creation tools, or presentation software Event Planning & Execution Support the planning and coordination of global events, brand activations, and experiential programs Assist with event logistics, timelines, and task tracking to help ensure projects stay on schedule Assist with on-site event preparation and post-event wrap-up, including documentation, feedback collection, and recap summaries Partner with colleagues across Communications, Brand, Marketing, Creative, and external vendors to support cohesive event storytelling and execution Help manage vendor communications, including tracking deliverables, deadlines, and approvals Support creation of post-event reports and insights to inform future planning Process, Operations & Budget Support Contribute to refining internal templates, checklists, or best practices for events Support basic budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, or purchase order documentation (with guidance) Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Global Events team as needed Participate in post-event debriefs to understand decision-making and outcomes
