Must be able to be on-site in NYC headquarters located in Meatpacking.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Footwear Design Intern to join our design team for the summer. This internship is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field who are looking to gain hands-on industry experience and build a professional portfolio.

The intern will support the design team throughout the product creation process—from concept development to final execution—while learning about materials, construction methods, and current market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of footwear design concepts, sketches, and renderings
Conduct trend, market, and competitor research to support seasonal design direction
Prepare mood boards, color palettes, and material presentations
Support the development of tech packs and design specifications
Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners on ongoing projects
Help organize design files, material libraries, and seasonal archives

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (must be eligible to receive academic credit)
Studying Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related discipline
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop required)
Familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., Rhino, CLO, Blender, or similar) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and take direction in a fast-paced environment
