OPPORTUNITY



We’re looking for a Media Intern who’s passionate about advertising and seriously interested in a career in media. The Media Intern will get to work on real brands across traditional, digital and emerging media. Working alongside our Media team, help plan and execute campaigns with paid media support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain agency experience, contribute to our team’s success and play a role in delivering impactful brand communications, strategies and media plans. 


 


At Bailey Lauerman, Media team members must have outstanding organization and attention to detail, be capable of juggling multiple projects, be eager to learn in a fast-paced team environment and have a passion for human insights and media strategies. Beyond this, the Media Intern will get the opportunity to:



  • Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns across channels including radio, TV, outdoor, CTV, digital display, search, social and more

  • Contribute to research and analysis of client needs, the latest trends, and competitive work

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure media and creative teams are aligned

  • Document and maintain client and media vendor communications

  • Manage budgets and review vendor invoices against projected spends

  • Actively participate in strategic brainstorms with the broader agency

  • Expand your communication and presentation skills

  • Learn about consumer research tools and aid in the insights collection process

  • Learn how communication works in the minds of consumers


 


This summer internship runs from June 2 to August 6, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week. In-office attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our downtown Omaha office, with the opportunity for additional hours based on department needs.
