SUMMER 2026 PROJECT INTERN

Overview:

As part of the program, interns will join a construction project management team and work under direct supervision from their assigned mentor(s) to provide support for bidding functions, project management, and construction supervision efforts. Tasks may include assisting in management and coordination of submittals, cost control, scheduling, reporting, and document control activities through various phases of the project.  This program provides complete project life-cycle exposure, which includes pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities when applicable. In addition, interns will attend a variety of structured training classes and visit multiple active project sites. 

Requirements:

• Students working toward a 4-year construction, architecture or engineering related degree


• Must be self-motivated, adaptable, highly collaborative and be able to multi-task


• Working knowledge of construction techniques, drawings and specifications is a plus


• This is an on-site internship based out of our Franklin Tennessee Office
