OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Strategy Intern who’s passionate about advertising and seriously interested in a career in brand strategy. The Strategy Intern will get to work on real brands assisting in research analysis and development of briefs that help the agency develop strong, strategic, and award-winning work for our clients. You should be eager to learn in a fast-paced, team environment and have a passion for telling the stories that help grow our clients’ businesses. You must display outstanding organization and communication skills, be capable of juggling multiple projects and brands, and be ready to do whatever it takes to keep our teams moving forward. Beyond this, we are looking for a Strategy Intern who will:

• Balance internal and client-facing projects across different industries in a fast-paced environment


• Support team research efforts, including conducting primary research and analyzing provided secondary research


• Keep a finger on the pulse of key client industries to ensure teams are up to date on important news or trends that could inform the work


• Harness your organizational skills to manage your time and ensure projects are completed effectively and on time


• Help develop and refine briefs in collaboration with other members of the strategy team


• Provide clear and effective points of view on strategic thinking


• Support the development of presentation decks that reinforce strategic thinking and help to distill complicated ideas into concise strategic insights


• Actively participate in internal meetings and brainstorms


• Support senior strategy team members with writing and research development


• Hone the skill insight development through deep analysis of comprehensive research


• Expand your communication and presentation skills


• Be willing to learn and work with common research tools, such as: MRI/Simmons, Magnolia, Vivvix and Pollfish

This summer internship runs from June 2 to August 6, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week. In-office attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our downtown Omaha office, with the opportunity for additional hours based on department needs.
