Corporate Finance – Transaction Advisory: 2026 Summer Associate (Intern)
Location: Miami | Duration: ~8 Weeks | Start: Summer 2026

BRG’s Corporate Finance practice provides strategic, operational, and financial advisory services to private equity firms, management teams, investors, and lenders navigating complex transactions or company transitions.

As a Summer Associate within our Transaction Advisory team, you’ll gain hands-on experience evaluating businesses, identifying key value drivers, and supporting buy-side and sell-side due diligence. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver clear insights into financial performance and deal considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client engagements analyzing financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital trends, and overall business performance.
  • Build and refine financial models, presentations, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with BRG professionals and client teams to meet engagement objectives.
  • Contribute to client pitches, marketing efforts, and practice development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (graduating Dec 2026–Jul 2027).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • CPA eligibility and prior experience in finance, accounting, or consulting are preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
