Responsibilities

Beyond day-to-day work, interns will:

• Participate in portfolio property tours.


• Engage in workshops with senior leaders.


• Collaborate on a capstone group project spanning multiple areas of real estate.


• Gain hands-on exposure to the diverse facets of the real estate industry.

Experience and Education

• Rising junior or rising Senior pursuing a BA/BS/MA/MBA/MS degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Architecture, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.


• GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.


• Balanced resume reflecting campus involvement and volunteer participation.


• Positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to take initiative.

Dates and Hours:

• The 10-week 2026 Summer Internship Program runs from June 1st through August 7th.


• Our hours of operation are 9:00 – 5:15, Monday – Thursday and 9:00 - 1:00pm on Friday.


• Due to the short nature of this internship, absences are expected to be kept to a minimum and will be subject to Manager’s approval. 

Compensation/Benefits:

• Our undergraduate interns are paid $20 hourly, and our graduate interns are paid $25 in addition to benefits including medical, dental, vision and more. Overtime requires pre-approval and may be capped.
