The One 23 Group, a Virginia-based Government Contractor, seeks a summer intern local to the Washington DC Metropolitan area.? 

The One 23 Group is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for our 2025 Summer Internship Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various business areas, build professional relationships, and develop valuable skills to prepare for a successful career. 

Key Responsibilities:
As a Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and tasks in the following areas: 

1.  Information Technology (IT): 

• Participate in IT projects, including laptop setups, SharePoint management, and email configurations. 
• Provide surge support for the IT helpdesk, including app installations and troubleshooting. 

2.  Finance: 

• Support the preparation and analysis of expense reports. 
• Contribute to financial tools and platforms such as Unanet. 

3.  Growth & Strategy: 

• Conduct competitive overviews and analyze business pipelines. 
• Assist in conference planning and analytics. 

4.  Communications: 

• Contribute to the creation of a quarterly newsletter featuring program highlights, employee spotlights, and HR updates. 
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing project activities and tasks.

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Finance or Communications 
• Strong communication and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools is a plus.
