Summer Internship - SAGE Event Center

Job Title:                     SAGE Event Center Summer Intern

Supervisor:                  SAGE Event Center Coordinator         

Regular Hours:            Full Time, 40 hours per week

Overall purpose and objective of this position:

The SAGE Event Center team is looking for an intern; someone with a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation. The Event Center Intern will help with planning and running events. This position provides hands-on experience in event coordination, customer service, and venue operations. 

Scope of Work:

• Help set and clean up event center 

• Assist during events to smooth operation 

• Greet guests, clients, and vendors 

• Support the event team with basic tasks and problem-solving 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue 

• Assist with marketing efforts such as social media posts, event promotion, and photography 


• Other duties as assigned.

• Interest in event planning, hospitality, or related field 

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Friendly and professional attitude 

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 

• Able to lift light equipment and stand for extended periods
