Full-Time Summer Internship | June 1st - July 31st, 2026 | Onsite: Brentwood, TN
IVX Health is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR team for a paid summer internship at our headquarters in Brentwood, TN. This in-office, Monday–Friday role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to corporate Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development while supporting meaningful projects that impact daily operations and long‑term strategy.

Role Purpose
The HR Intern will participate in a rotational internship supporting both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D) over an eight-week program, spending four weeks with each team. This role provides hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle by assisting with recruiting operations, training support, and HR system optimization while developing core professional and organizational skills.
Essential Job Functions
Talent Acquisition Rotation (4 weeks)
- Partnering with a TA team of 4, supporting the recruitment efforts across 150+ clinics
- Assisting TA team with sourcing and engaging with candidates across Greenhouse, indeed, and LinkedIn
- Reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and creating job postings.
- Work on projects regarding ATS Optimization and CRM usage
Learning and Development Rotation (4 weeks)
- Assist L&D team in tracking new hire progress through orientation
- Partner with trainers to develop basic training documentation
- Inventory current e-learning courses in our LMS
- Support Learning & Development initiatives by developing a glossary of terms and acronyms for new hires, cataloging and tagging e-learning courses, and reviewing training materials to identify broken links or outdated content
Development Opportunities
- Gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development, exposure to HR best practices, and mentorship from HR and business leaders in a fast-growing
- Participate in Lunch & Learn sessions and development opportunities with executive leadership to gain insight into organizational strategy, leadership, and career

Essential Qualifications and Competencies
Education and Experience
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Rising Junior or Rising Senior preferred
- Prior internship, campus leadership, or relevant work experience preferred but not required
- Interest in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Human Resources

- Ability to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under supervision
- Exercises good judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Curiosity about how TA and L&D affect business outcomes
- Communicates clearly and professionally in both verbal and written forms
- Comfort learning new systems and technology quickly
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions
- Demonstrates reliability, follow-through, and ownership of responsibilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (ATS, LMS, CRM) is a plus
