Principle Purpose of Job

The Operations Intern will play a critical role in supporting organizational efficiency through the inventory, review, and clearing of storage areas across the Ranch. This three-month internship, beginning in early June, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to operational excellence while developing skills in project coordination, systems organization, and interdepartmental communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting inventory of storage spaces across the Ranch under the guidance of the team lead.
• Follow established procedures to help document and categorize items, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Support efforts to digitize documents and organize files as directed.
• Accompany the team lead in meetings with department heads to review stored items and assist with note-taking or task tracking.
• Carry out tasks related to the disposal or relocation of items as assigned by the team lead.
• Help maintain organized records of completed work and contribute to project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to shifting priorities as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the broader goals of the Operations team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from high school, with an interest in operations, hospitality, or business administration.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more and move between indoor and outdoor locations across the property.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced resort environment.

Compensation Description:

$18.00 - $20.00/hr Competitive pay commensurate with education and experience.

Due to the nature of our 24-hour operation, there is no guaranteed work schedule. Managers will try to accommodate specific schedule requests, but they are never guaranteed if business volume prohibits.
