Summer Sales and Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer. This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience in both sales outreach and digital marketing. You will play a key role in supporting our lead engagement efforts while also contributing to our social media presence.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building skills in client communication, marketing strategy, and content creation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients who express interest through our website, ads, or informational meeting bookings
  


• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and/or messaging to confirm meetings and maintain engagement
  


• Assist with scheduling and coordinating informational sessions
  


• Create visually engaging social media graphics using Canva
  


• Draft, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms
  


• Support marketing campaigns, including digital and social initiatives
  


• Track and report on basic marketing and social media performance metrics
  


• Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions
  


• Provide general administrative and sales support as needed
  

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Business, Communications, or a related field
  


• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  


• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and following up on leads
  


• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  


• Interest in social media marketing and content creation
  


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  


• Computer-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and software
  

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Bilingual
  


• Experience or coursework related to social media advertising (e.g., Facebook/Meta ads)
  


• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
  


• Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  


• Familiarity with CRM tools or scheduling platforms (e.g., GHL, Zoho CRM)
  


• Understanding of major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
