Support strategic supply chain projects that impact key performance measures across the organization by assisting with research, analysis, and project execution.
Assist in tracking and reporting key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to help measure operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, evaluate processes, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory performance.
Develop and maintain documentation related to supply chain requirements, procedures, standards, and processes to support operational consistency and continuous improvement.
Provide support to manufacturing sites and business teams as they evaluate and adopt company-standard supply chain tools and processes.
Participate in business system testing and validation activities to ensure supply chain systems function effectively and meet business requirements.
Assist with process improvement initiatives by utilizing supply chain tools and business processes that support an integrated supply chain strategy.
Gain exposure to global supply chain operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement efforts.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field
Zero (0) years of related experience
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in-person at our Shakopee, MN location
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Prior internship, project, or leadership experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related business discipline
