  • Contribute to climate- and energy-related data analysis, including emissions and operational performance metrics

  • Standardize data inputs to enable consistent, comparable reporting across the portfolio

  • Improve data visualization and reporting outputs to enhance usability and clarity for internal teams and portfolio companies

Portfolio Execution & Program Management:

  • Support tracking of key initiatives, deliverables, and follow-ups across portfolio companies

  • Assist in developing trackers and tools to improve visibility into progress

  • Coordinate execution of cross-portfolio sustainability initiatives, including dashboard implementation and vendor engagement

Strategic Operations & Internal Enablement:

  • Build playbooks and templates for recurring initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability

  • Create structured materials to support portfolio company engagement, including guidance documents, training content, and FAQs

  • Prepare clear, structured materials and summaries for internal and investor-facing use

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with environmental data (e.g., GHG emissions, energy intensity) or sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., SASB, EDCI, etc.) is beneficial but not required

Qualifications:

  • MBA candidate (Class of 2026) with a strong interest in private equity, real assets, and sustainability integration

  • MBA candidates pursuing dual environmental, policy or data degrees to be strongly considered

  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with data sets and drawing business-relevant insights
