About the Position

Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to join our team as Talent Management Summer Intern. 

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.


• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and coordinating interviews.


• Support new hire onboarding processes


• Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.


• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.


• Help with updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.


• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications / Desired Skills

• Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.


• Ability to work at our Headquarters in Stamford, CT with the occasional project visit while supervised.
