Teacher Academy Apprentice

NATURE OF WORK:

The TAM Apprenticeship allows students to apply the theory they have learned in the classroom to real-world work in the education career field. Students collaborate with staff in the process of learning and developing skills to work as future educators. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Possess effective organizational skills
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to use technology effectively to complete tasks
• Possess the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
• Understand and maintain confidentiality in dealing with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to report to work daily and on time
