In This Role

• Gain hands-on exposure to agile methodologies, scrum practices, and software delivery processes 


• Support with sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives 


• Support tracking and monitoring sprint progress, identify deviations, and assist with corrective actions 


• Assist with maintaining Jira boards, dashboards, and documentation to improve visibility into project status 


• Help prepare and report project status to key stakeholders 


• Support change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of process changes 


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery 


• Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field  


• Basic Knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks 


• Exposure to Jira for project management  


• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau for data/dashboard management
