Technology Support Intern | GBS

As a Technology Support Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key IT functions, including systems support, network optimization, and strategic planning. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsabilities:

Technical Support & Operations

• Assist in maintaining and improving IT procedures and workflows.


• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.


• Document and update technical processes and user guides.

Systems & Infrastructure

• Help identify system needs and contribute to upgrade planning.


• Support ongoing network design and performance optimization.


• Participate in system testing and implementation of new technologies.

Strategic & Analytical Contributions

• Collaborate on IT risk assessments and mitigation strategies.


• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives within the Technology division.


• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, basic networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
