• Competitive base pay between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills

• Comprehensive training program with 1 week at HQ in Madison, WI 

• Expected term of employment: Sept. 29 - December 31

About the Role:  

In this position you will: 

• Answer a multi-line phone system 

• Maintain and update the company database and calendars 

• Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members 

• General office tasks including, but not limited to: filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, welcoming incoming customers and visitors, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area 

Key Qualifications:   

• Previous administrative or clerical experience 

• Microsoft Office proficiency 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Strong verbal communications skills 

• Ability and desire to learn new things 

• Willingness to go the extra mile!
