Shift Differentials:

• Evening                                           $3.00/hour

• Night                                               $5.00/hour

Premiums:

• Weekend Premium                       $4.50/hour

• Standby Premium                         $4.00/hour

• Per Diem Premium                       15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)

• Certification Premium                 $2.00/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Radiologic Technician, Non-Registered is actively attending a radiology technologist training program or is a recent graduate who has not taken the ARRT licensing exam.  They are responsible for learning how to perform radiologic procedures, working under the supervision of a licensed, registered radiologic technologist.  Exams performed are upon request of referring providers and as directed by OMC credentialed radiologists.

EDUCATION
Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training; or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• Completion of radiology program didactic education.  Satisfactory performance in active, clinical radiology training program. 
• Progressive clinical skill development during radiology training assignment while enrolled as a student in a radiologic technology program.

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS

• Student status or registry eligible upon satisfactory completion of training program.
• Recent graduates will have met all prerequisites and are in pre-registry status with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). 
• Washington State X-ray technician license required.
• BLS certified or able to obtain and maintain certification.
