Job Summary

The Computer Lab Assistant provides front-line support to students utilizing the university’s computer lab in the Sherrod Library. Responsibilities include assisting users with basic computer and software issues, supporting printing operations, monitoring printer queues, and refilling paper and toner as needed. The assistant helps users with common technology needs such as connecting to campus Wi-Fi, navigating university systems, and resetting passwords. Additional duties include maintaining a clean, organized lab environment, monitoring equipment for proper operation, and ensuring that supplies remain stocked. This role requires reliability, strong customer service skills, and a friendly, helpful attitude to promote a positive and productive lab experience
