At Seasons Psychotherapy Associates, we’re expanding our Florida offices and looking for passionate clinicians to join our team. Work both in-office and virtually with afternoon and evening availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and couples.


• Maintain a part-time caseload of 15 sessions per week or a full-time caseload of 24 sessions per week.


• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards and best professional practices.


• Exhibit strong clinical acumen and competence.


• Demonstrate high professionalism within the field.


• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.


• Respect and integrate cultural diversity into case conceptualizations.


• Intervene decisively to protect patient safety when necessary.


• Manage time efficiently and document sessions promptly.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.


• Eligibility to register as a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, or Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling.


• Ability to work with children, adolescents, and couples.


• Availability to work at least two afternoons/evenings per week (3 PM - 8 PM) in-person at our Coral Springs office location in combination with day time in-office availability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an outpatient practice setting.


• Experience managing a client caseload.


• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.


• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish.
