Make Possible\u00ae a Better Future.\n\nWhat the Program Will Provide\n\n * A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management, data analysis in both business and engineering field, and managerial level reporting within the semiconductor industry.\n * Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and interaction with global leadership teams.\n * Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.\n\n\n\nThus, we are seeking a highly motivated intern to support Global supply chain projects and reporting initiatives within our TKM business. The position will entail the following:\n\n * Extract, Clean and analyze supply chain data from multiple internal database using SQL or Python to support operational insights and decision- making.\n * Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and automated reports to monitor key metrics such as cost, logistics performance, supplier capacity and operational efficiency.\n * Collaborate with Purchasing, Operation, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and data driven optimization.\n * Conduct TKM Cost- Saving global initiatives alignment and prepare executive -level status reports for presentation to global leadership.\n * Be a leadership team\u2019s thought partner by developing plans and deploying to bring up multiple global suppliers in parallel.\n * Provide support in ad hoc projects and initiatives related to supplier management and performance optimization.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.\n * Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale preferred.\n * Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building trust.\n * Quick learner and able to solve problems creatively and analytically.\n * Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.\n * Comfortable working in the manufacturing cleanroom environment.\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Python, SQL, and Data visualization -Tableau.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree (Required)\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\nUp to 1 Year\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nNo\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nNone\n\nApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
