You’ll support meaningful projects, work with real data, and learn how strategic reward decisions are made. This is a great opportunity to build strong analytical and HR foundations for your career while working alongside experienced professionals.

• Support compensation and benefits processes, documentation, and internal communication.


• Analyse benefits data, benchmarking information, and market research insights.


• Assist with materials and data preparation for the EU Pay Transparency project.


• Conduct market research on competitors, roles, and job architecture to support job levelling.


• Collaborate on cross-functional People & Workplace projects.

• You are currently studying HR, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field and are eager to apply your skills in practice.


• You are curious about how compensation, benefits, and equity programs work in a global organisation.


• You enjoy working with data and numbers and have strong attention to detail.


• You are proactive, enjoy being part of a team, and communicate openly.


• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
