You’ll support meaningful projects, work with real data, and learn how strategic reward decisions are made. This is a great opportunity to build strong analytical and HR foundations for your career while working alongside experienced professionals.
Support compensation and benefits processes, documentation, and internal communication. Analyse benefits data, benchmarking information, and market research insights. Assist with materials and data preparation for the EU Pay Transparency project. Conduct market research on competitors, roles, and job architecture to support job levelling. Collaborate on cross-functional People & Workplace projects.
You are currently studying HR, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field and are eager to apply your skills in practice. You are curious about how compensation, benefits, and equity programs work in a global organisation. You enjoy working with data and numbers and have strong attention to detail. You are proactive, enjoy being part of a team, and communicate openly. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
