Trainee Leader

Job Summary

Daily Dot Art is seeking a Trainee Leader to support team supervision and operational coordination while receiving leadership training. This role is designed for individuals interested in developing leadership skills and growing into a supervisory position within the company.

Responsibilities

• Support supervisors with daily team operations

• Assist in training and onboarding new employees

• Help monitor attendance, productivity, and workflow

• Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and coordination

• Communicate updates and instructions clearly to staff

• Model professional behavior and company standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn leadership and supervisory responsibilities

• Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX

Compensation

$19 – $25 per hour, based on experience
