We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training and HR Intern to support the Human Resources department with critical training documentation, content management, reporting, and compliance efforts.
Position Summary:
As a Training and HR Intern, you will play a key role in the development, organization, and tracking of employee training programs. You will assist in creating and managing training content across platforms, support reporting for QA and Safety training, and help with audit preparation and documentation. This temporary role is scheduled for the summer of 2025 and will not extend beyond 89 days.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Content Management
Develop training manuals and documentation binders.
Create new training content in the Paylocity Learning Catalog using materials from:
BLR (Business & Legal Resources)
Paulson Training
KnowBe4
Internal departments (e.g., QA/Food Safety)
Modify and update existing training content, including quizzes and assessments.
Launch and assign training to employees; include follow-up quizzes as needed.
2. Reporting & Analytics
Generate QA (#1 and #2) and Safety Training progress reports.
Include pivot tables, charts, and lists of incomplete training.
Distribute training progress reports via email to relevant stakeholders.
3. Administrative Support
Review and update training descriptions as necessary.
Create and maintain a centralized binder for all training-related documentation.
Develop a master list of training providers with contact details (BLR, EHS Hero, Paylocity, Paulson, KnowBe4).
4. SEDEX Audit Preparation
Assist with the preparation of SEDEX documentation.
Create and organize a binder with all corporate SEDEX documents.
Coordinate with each plant’s SEDEX Administrator to monitor progress and updates.
5. File Management
Consolidate and organize all training documents in Microsoft Teams.
Assist in creating and maintaining the designated training folder.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – pivot tables/charts).
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Paylocity) is a plus.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
