We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Training Intern to support our Training & Development team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to gain experience in training coordination and customer engagement within a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries about classes via email and phone with professionalism and clarity
• Track class registrations and maintain accurate class rosters
• Create contacts/users for online training classes
• Update class information on the website and design promotional flyers for each class
• Proof training documents for accuracy and completeness prior to printing
• Prepare and ship training folders and giveaways, ensuring deadlines are met
• Print and coordinate the shipment of training class materials
• Manage user access to the customer portal
• Gather and update class information in Outlook calendar invites and Salesforce
• Serve as a central point of contact for key customer relationships related to training
• Collect and document training survey results after each class
• Generate and distribute training certificates upon class completion
• Assist in the virtual production of live online training classes
• Send follow-up documentation and resources to participants' post-class
• Collaborate closely with trainers and cross-functional teams
• Pull monthly Salesforce training reports
• Assist with front desk duties (i.e.: answering phone calls, front door, deliveries, etc.)
• All other duties as assigned
• Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a degree program in Business, Communications, Education, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Flexibility to switch between various responsibilities as needed
