Undergraduate Research Intern SW

The Undergraduate Research Intern supports the promotion and communication of undergraduate research initiatives across the university. Must be a current Lipscomb Academy University student. This position may be federal work study eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Updates — Keep the Undergraduate Research website current with research projects, opportunities, events, student/faculty highlights, and accomplishments.


• Research Reports — Assist with gathering information, writing, editing, formatting, and producing undergraduate research reports.


• Department Outreach — Communicate with department chairs to regularly collect the latest undergraduate research activities, projects, accomplishments, and other relevant updates.


• Flyers & Promotional Materials — Create and update flyers and other promotional materials for undergraduate research opportunities, events, deadlines, and achievements, adapting materials for digital and print distribution.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in good academic standing


• Strong written communication skills


• Experience with or willingness to learn Canva and Microsoft Office


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
