Visual Communication Design Intern

COHO Creative is seeking a creative intern to join our passionate teams to innovate, conceptualize and bring amazing design solutions to life for our diverse clients & brands. Opportunities for technical and professional growth through hands-on design experiences from project conception to final execution. Great cross-functional exposure to a wide variety of projects, from design strategy + innovation to upstream brand creation and extension to boundless consumer touch points.
 
PROJECTS OF FOCUS INCLUDE:

• Brand creation (brandmarks / logo design)


• Packaging design


• Exposure to brand strategy + naming development


• Visual design territory development


• Marketing/print materials development


• Environmental displays, product renderings + more

RESPONSIBILITIES + SKILLSET:

• Excellent communication skills + ability to articulate creative thinking


• Collaboration with teams from cross-functional departments


• Ability to work methodically and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines


• Be a proactive self-starter who is curious about learning new skills or techniques


• Proficient knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Illustrator + Photoshop + After Effects), Google Suite


• Interactive capabilities (motion, animation, video)


• Junior/Senior education level + previous intern / Co-op experience
