Web Designer/Front-end Developer Intern

ClickSpring is a dynamic digital marketing agency located in the greater Sacramento area. We’re looking for an intern Web Designer/Front-end Developer to join our team.

Do you have what it takes? Here is what we’re looking for:

You're a student working toward a degree in the digital arts, or a self taught designer, with an eye for clean professional design, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, and passion for learning.

You'll be responsible for supporting our design team with website, and social media graphics. You should be able to find your way around popular content management systems like Drupal or WordPress. You'll help build the web presence for our clients by designing and developing across web, social, and mobile platforms.

Required Skills

• HTML


• CSS


• Adobe Photoshop


• Adobe Illustrator


• Know how to export for web


• Know your way around text editors or IDEs

Bonus Skills

• Wordpress/Drupal Theming


• Database management


• Javascript


• PHP/Ruby


• Understanding of HTML5/CSS3


• Responsive Design


• Developing for Retina Displays

Qualifications

• Experience building a website (This can be student, or personal projects)


• Experience using social media


• Some formal training

1-2 years experience is preferred
