Webinars & Special Initiatives Intern CGHE

CGHE is looking for an intern to bolster its efforts in public awareness, advocacy, and knowledge dissemination by leading analysis of webinar data and supporting implementation of special initiatives.

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of CGHE Mrs. Lindsey Hiebert-Suwondo, the intern will

• Compile registration and attendance data from 50+ previous webinars


• Develop searchable database of previous webinar registrants


• Analyze trends in registration and attendance over the past five years


• Research webinar best practices


• Prepare report on key trends and recommendations


• Present results to the CGHE team


• Develop SOP for webinar organization, production, and follow-up


• Support planning and execution of future educational events


• Support CGHE advocacy initiatives by developing briefing documents, preparing presentations, or compiling key data


• Prepare abstracts and other summary documents on data


• Draft blog posts and other communications stories on CGHE projects

Perform other tasks as needed
