The Women’s
Program Staff Intern serves alongside staff to support the day -to -day life of a
women’s residential recovery program. This internship is designed for recent Adult & Teen Challenge graduates who feel called to grow in servant leadership while
encouraging women as they pursue freedom, healing, and lasting transformation.

Interns help cultivate a safe, structured, and hope -filled home where
residents can grow spiritually and personally, while gaining practical
experience in ministry -focused support and program operations.

Requirements

• Adult & Teen Challenge
  graduate (recent graduates preferred).
  
• Demonstrated
  commitment to personal recovery, spiritual growth, and Christian values.
  
• Able to
  maintain confidentiality, healthy boundaries, and a supportive presence.
  
• Servant -hearted,
  patient, and compassionate—committed to encouraging others with humility and
  respect.
  
• Availability
  for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
  
• Able to
  complete routine operational tasks as needed.
