Work Study - Fall '26 - Chemistry 1407 Lab Assistant

Description: 

This position is open for either 1 to 2 students and will cover either 1 or both of the Chemistry 1407 lab sections that meet on Mondays from 2:30-5:30 and 5:30-8:30. The student worker will be helping students with techniques and answering questions.  They will be fetching items from the stockroom and cleaning up spills and broken glass as needed.  Checking and providing feedback on notebooks is also typical.  In general, lab assistants are there to provide another set of eyes and hands to make the lab run a little bit more smoothly.

The job also require a couple of additional hours grading (any time during the week) and/or supervising makeup experiments (Friday afternoons).
