Job Description - Workstudy - Athletics Student Assistant - Academics

Description
Position Duties
  • Use class rosters to check student-athlete attendance in assigned classes
  • Access buildings across campus throughout the week
  • Arrive at classes 10 minutes before start time, and remain there for 15 minutes after
  • Log and sent attendance to supervisor
  • Stand by classroom doors and identify student-athletes
  • Support Student Success Team with all administrative and operational duties
 
Required Skills
  • Input and organize data with softwares such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, Teamworks, etc.
  • Punctuality to classes and appointments for accurate class attendance checks
  • File, organize, and maintain records of the Student Success Department
  • Communication alongside the supervisor and Student Success staff
