Job Description - Youth Apprentice

Rohde Brothers, Inc., located in Plymouth, WI would love for you to join our fantastic team- onsite in WI! Rohde has become a trusted resource in the construction arena- known for working together with our clients and providing excellent outcomes for them! You want to be part of who we are!

We have Youth Apprenticeships available in a variety of areas throughout the Company!

What would you do working in this role?

This is a learn while you work position!
Assist in fabrication and installation of sheet metal fittings| Or assist in engineering and design- depending on your areas of interest
Work with Journeymen/Engineers to construct fabrications from customer drawings (involves custom fabricated items)
- cutting, measuring, assembling, insulating, etc.
Assist with building maintenance (sweeping, shop clean up, organizing shop, etc.)
Grinding
Loading/unloading vehicles

Be dependable and punctual

Good communication and a positive attitude
Follow directions
Have strong math competency
Have strong reading comprehension

What about education and experience?

Be a High School Student
Be at least 16 years of age
Have a valid WI Driver’s License
