Human Resources Intern

Job Description

HR Intern that provides functional support to the HR Department over the summer.

Accountabilities:

• Answer multi-line phone system and assist at front desk.
• Assist with various employee activities.
• Various filing as needed.
• Special projects as assigned by Sr. HR Manager & HR Generalist

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:

• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality.

Organizational Relationship:

Reports to HR Director
