Job Description - Business Development & Sales Intern

Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and manage customer relationships.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and prospecting activities.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to learn about our products/services and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture relationships with potential clients and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and preparing sales materials.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
