As a Product Intern, you will dive deep into the heart of product management, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to understand customer needs, prioritize features, and shape our product philosophy. This role is a unique blend of analytical rigor, creative thinking, and cross-functional teamwork, offering a comprehensive learning experience in product management.

 You’ll spend your time:

• Continuous Improvement: Improving the  enhancement of our internal communication tool, vital for over 700 users, driving product adoption and refining usage metrics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnered with a Product Manager working alongside Product Marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to gather feedback on new features, ensuring our solutions meet market demands.
• Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience with essential tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Aha!, enriching your technical and analytical skills.
• Strategic Influence: Play a role in supporting the team in defining the product vision, and participating in the strategic direction of our offerings.

You should apply if you:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, IT/Computer Science, UI/UX, or a related field.
• Proactive communicator, eager to engage in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Aspiring product manager with a passion for understanding and solving user problems.
• Skilled in data analysis, with a keen eye for insights that drive decision-making.
• Proficient in Google Suite and demonstrates a strong user-first mindset.
