Job Description:

Costco is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are independent and eager to develop their skills in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Process and review invoices for payment - Code and enter invoices into the accounting system - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors regarding payment status - Assist with month-end closing processes - Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required - we will provide training - Energetic and able to work independently - Strong cooperation and research skills - Basic knowledge of accounting principles - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
