Accounts Payable

Job Description:

General Motors is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable associate in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end close processes - Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues - Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable - Strong organizational and time management skills - Adaptable and passionate personality traits - Innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
