Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

CenturyLink is seeking a part-time Remote Accounts Payable clerk to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Entry Level Accounts Payable clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system - Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
