Domtar in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable professional to join our team. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, have strong analytical skills, and possess project management capabilities.
Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
