Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

EMC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana, US. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process and track all incoming invoices for payment - Ensure accuracy of vendor information and payment terms - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies - Maintain organized and accurate financial records - Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Innovative mindset - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
