Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable and possess excellent cooperation and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor incoming payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies - Generate invoices and statements - Investigate and resolve customer queries - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Analyze financial data and prepare reports - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders - Maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - CPA certification is a plus
