Accounts Receivable

Job Description: We are looking for a driven and reliable Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Walt Disney in Phoenix, Arizona. As an entry-level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving any billing discrepancies. Responsibilities: - Process and post customer payments to accounts receivable ledger - Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies - Work closely with customers to address any payment issues or concerns - Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable - Prepare and distribute customer statements and invoices - Maintain accurate records of customer transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovation and emotional intelligence - Must be driven and reliable
