Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at iHeartMedia in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts receivable accounts and ensure accuracy - Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments - Work closely with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong research and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
